The journal publishes original articles, reviews and brief communications on topical issues of remote sensing of the Earth from space, related to studies of the atmosphere, ocean, geological environment, biosphere, near-Earth space and climate change; solving problems in the interests of geography by space methods. New methods and means of remote sensing and automated information processing are considered; problems related to the use and development of space systems for studying the Earth's natural resources, environmental protection, prevention of natural disasters and man-made accidents.
